Body Blasters: Complete exercises & reps in 1st station then move to the next. Complete all six stations at least twice in the hour. Keep a steady pace and proper form.

STATION 1: Cardio
   3x Broad Jumps (down & back = 1)
   2 Suicide Ladders
   25 Lateral Hops (over bag)
   25 X-Jacks

STATION 2: Glutes
   20 Donkey Kicks (w/band)
   20 1-Leg Squats
   20 Fire Hydrant Circles (each leg)
   20 Oil Drillers (each leg)

STATION 3: Cardio
   20 Frog Hops
   20 Moxy Kicks (each leg)
   20 Lateral Beach ball Hops

STATION 4: Arms
   20 Swimmers
   20 1-Arm Rows (on ball)
   20 Bicep Curls
   20 Push Ups

STATION 5: Legs
   20 Elbow Touch Squats (w/band)
   20 Box Jumps
   15 Squat Thrusts
   10 Pogo Hops (each leg)

STATION 6: Core
   20 Touchbacks
   15 Oblique V-Ups
   20 Sit-Ups (w/MB)
   20 Partial Squat Thrusts
