It's Friday.... YAHOO! Some say "T.G.I.F", but as I was reminded this morning, we (Moxy Girls) like to call it "Half-Ass Friday" :) What's with Fridays?!? Somehow it seems like the intervals are longer, the tabata is brutal and the exercises are twice as hard! Susan, Mandy, Sara and I decided that although the effort sometimes lacks on Fridays, it still beats not being there at all! We also came up with "Frizzle Friday" (named by Susan B.) and "Dragg'in Butt Friday" (Not to be confused with Dragon Butt... or Dragon breath for that matter!) On a different note... tomorrow is the last day of the TRX Fit Camp and also the end of week 12 for many girls doing back to back TRX camps! EXCELLENT job girls!!! We've seen great results and hope you do too! Have a great weekend...
