Meyers Grade Cardio Blast:

Run/power walk Meyers Grade, performing the following exercises on the way up and down. Exercises should be done every couple hundreds yards, 20 reps each. Ready.... set.... GO!!!!

1. Lunge Jumps
2. Touch Backs
3. Sumo Chair
4. Partial Squat Thrust
5. Boot Slappers
6. Tricep Dips
7. Skater Hops
8. Power Skips
9. Mountain Climbers
10. Sprint 100 yards
11. Bicycle Plank
12. Broad Jumps

Complete one lap (up and down), then head back up the grade as far as you can for the remainder of the hour.
