6-Week Boot Camp
Our women’s only Boot Camp is a total body conditioning program. It includes cutting edge fitness instruction,
nutritional education, team motivation along with the
tools you need to help you get a jump start on getting in
shape for summer. It is designed by certified trainers to
help you reach your health and fitness goals regardless
of your fitness level or age. With our 6 weeks of an intense, concentrated fitness effort you
will be able to achieve impressive results in a short amount of time.
